Some employ an internal application guru; while others do not. Whatever the level of internal support your company has, Equation Technologies has service options to complement your staff. We want to help you be as successful as possible with your implementation.

Having a monthly, budgeted amount for on-going service is helpful for most companies. This way, you know your basic monthly service costs for maintaining your implementation. With a service agreement, you are more likely to call in for help with an issue. Many small issues can be resolved quickly, before they become bigger issues. Some of our clients know that they are going to be implementing a series of projects over the course of time. We offer more extensive plans for companies needing those on-going project services. Good for companies who need to call in for support and would like access to on-going training at a reduced price.
Silver
In addition to phone and training services, the Silver option adds a dedicated project manager, system reviews and a day each month of consulting/programming services.
Gold
The Gold option includes the above with a weekly consulting visit. This is ideal for companies looking to achieve the maximum value from their implementation.
