Erica's combined accounting and business expertise enables her to streamline a company's processes while implementing new accounting, CRM, or ERP systems. She consistently leads her team to deliver implementations on time and on budget. Erica conducts rigorous needs analysis and discovery to determine if there is a proper fit between the client, company, and the software package being considered. She is relentlessly honest and open with clients about the possibilities and limitations of each package. She then develops the optimal project plan and design before handing off to the consulting team. Her clients say she is "patient to a fault" and is constantly listening and tuned into their needs. Erica, they say, "...has become the standard by which we measure all other consultants we work with."

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Erica Burles as a 2016-2017 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business and consulting services. Erica is also an active contributor on Huffington Post and has featured as a guest speaker on Sage Advice Podcast.

Brian started his career as an accountant (he’s also a CPA with a BA in Economics), but luckily for us found his way to ERP. The rest, they say, is history. Crafting solutions that optimize client processes and building long-term connections is what makes his work life tick, and that’s not a spiel. It’s not just a job to him, it’s a genuine dedication to making an impact through his work. Offline, you’ll find him riding the ocean waves (we had to mention surfing at least a couple of times, it’s a California requirement), going to concerts, travelling, hanging out with his feline overlords (cats) or doing crossfit. (He is definitely Kenough)

With a Bachelors in Financial Management and Masters in Business Administration, Darby approaches every client's business as if it were his own. He enjoys seeing the impact when a client moves to the cloud, helping our hosted clients continue their digital transformations, and finding ideal solutions to tricky support challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his children and grandchildren, his friends, and working on home improvement projects here and there.

Armed with an MBA & a CPA, plus undergraduate degrees in both Accounting & Finance (because who needs sleep, amirite?), he’s not just your average problem solver – he’s a certified financial expert. To say Doug has a love affair with challenges is an understatement. He thrives on exploring tough waters & finding the big “Aha!” moment to complex problems. Outside the world of numbers, and when not prepping for his two teenage son’s Boy Scout camping trips (or doing other volunteer Scoutmaster things), you’ll find Doug with his wife enjoying the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Effie combines an undergraduate in English and Masters in Business Administration with decades of technology expertise. Her ability to join the needs of the left and right brained teams consistently helps our clients get more out of their systems. Outside of her work, Effie enjoys traveling, teaching Pilates, and unwinding with some good food, wine, and furry friends.

Education-wise, her journey took a non-traditional route as she took accounting courses while earning an Associate Degree in Computer Programming & Network Engineering. With a passion for tackling challenges and creating meaningful change, the projects she finds most appealing involve streamlining processes, crafting reporting, or finding solutions to complex problems all before lunch. When not working or gardening with her grandson, you’ll find her playing volleyball with her four daughters or savoring the finer things in life (think good food & drink) with her husband.
