The purpose of this blog post is to offer our reader's a solution to an issue that we have seen come up in Sage 300 ERP (Accpac).
The issue occurs when the user hits the F1 key in Sage Accpac to access the "Help" menu, but the actual help content doesn't display. This is caused by the compiled HTML help files being blocked by a certain Microsoft update.
