Issue: Cannot print in Sage Accpac

When trying to print, nothing is sent to the printer and no error messages are displayed in Accpac.


This is caused by a Webex session that created an "Active Touch" printer driver which acts as a virtual printer on LPT1. Simply delete this printer from Settings --> Printers and printing will resume.
