CRM user unable to login and received error message reading "Access violation at address 1A003F78 in module 'eware.dll'. Read of address 53534144".
When check in http://[servername]/[CRM install name]/eware.dll/sysadmin it shows that there are multiple logon sessions recorded for the user.
The user's view is corrupted within the vSentinel view in the database.
To resolve this, restart IIS in the CRM application server.
