Sage 300 or Sage Intacct Support Specialist
We are seeking a full-time position for a Sage 300 or Sage Intacct Support Specialist. This position will be offering technical support (via phone and internet) to clients. The desired candidate is a dynamic person with a passion for technology, is an enthusiastic problem-solver, and is comfortable relating his or her knowledge to others.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Sage ERP
- Certified in Sage 300 or Sage Intacct
- Respond to general questions and inquiries for Sage 300 or Sage Intacct
- Experience in software support and working with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General accounting knowledge
Sage 300 Responsibilities also include:
- Troubleshoot client's software application installations.
- Identify and resolve various Network and Database issues.
- Debug customized installations for Sage 300 ERP.
- Experience with .NET and Visual Basic - supporting custom macros within Sage Accpac ERP
- Experience with configuration and support of Microsoft SQL Server and Pervasive.SQL databases
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of Windows Server and workstation operating systems
