We are seeking a full-time position for a Sage 300 or Sage Intacct Support Specialist. This position will be offering technical support (via phone and internet) to clients. The desired candidate is a dynamic person with a passion for technology, is an enthusiastic problem-solver, and is comfortable relating his or her knowledge to others.

• 3+ years of experience with Sage ERP 
• Certified in Sage 300 or Sage Intacct  
• Respond to general questions and inquiries for Sage 300 or Sage Intacct
• Experience in software support and working with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General accounting knowledge

Sage 300 Responsibilities also include:

• Troubleshoot client's software application installations.
• Identify and resolve various Network and Database issues. 
• Debug customized installations for Sage 300 ERP.
• Experience with .NET and Visual Basic - supporting custom macros within Sage Accpac ERP
• Experience with configuration and support of Microsoft SQL Server and Pervasive.SQL databases
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of Windows Server and workstation operating systems
