PRESS RELEASE: Equation Technologies Welcomes Integrated Business Solutions to the Team

SAN DIEGO, CA, December 01, 2022 -- Equation Technologies is excited to announce that another long-time Sage 300 partner, Integrated Business Solutions, LLC, is joining the company, merging their two great teams. These two companies will be managed under the Equation Technologies brand and will continue to be an industry leader in the Sage ecosystem, providing innovative business management solutions for mid-sized companies.

Shauna Noon, owner of Integrated Business Solutions, has worn all the hats since starting her business over 20 years ago. She's successfully led her technology business from Portland, OR, building up a base of over one hundred Sage 300 clients. Following the merger, Noon is bringing her wide breadth of experience to the leadership role of Director of Professional Services on Equation Technologies' Implementation teams.

While diversity in ERP ecosystems has grown in recent years, it is still a rarity for an ERP Value Added Reseller (VAR) Partner to be female-owned & run. Both Equation Technologies and Integrated Business Solutions were started by women, with a significantly female team. It's exciting for these two teams to join forces and continue growing together.

For the last 17 years, Marge MacCulloch has spearheaded the Integrated Business Solutions location in Boise, ID. Since the union with Equation Technologies, she has enthusiastically joined the Support team so she can expand services to all clients.
